Our quality reputation within the community has spread among local residential and commercial clients. Homeowners Associations (HOA) work with our company to routinely inspect homes within their developments. One HOA that we have previously worked with contacted our office to schedule their routine inspection of homes.

During the visit, we noticed water damaged and found the source of the leaks that were causing the damage. The damage showed that repairs would need to be done promptly. We gave our assessment to the HOA with our recommendation that repairs should be made soon. The HOA presented our report at their following meeting and was able to get the cost of the repairs approved.

We completed the repairs within three months of the inspection. The HOA is happy with the repairs that were provided and will continue to schedule their routine inspections and repairs with us.
